Carl Lachman, MBA, CFP®
Vice President | PARTNER
Helping people make wise financial decisions is at the heart of Carl Lachman’s work. As Vice President and Partner at Eclectic Associates, he collaborates on key management decisions that guide the firm’s growth, oversees marketing initiatives, welcomes new clients, and provides financial planning and portfolio management to existing clients.
Carl began his career as the owner of a graphic design business before finding his calling as a financial advisor. That entrepreneurial background gives him a unique perspective when working with clients, especially those who run their own companies. His passion for education has also led him to moderate the “It’s Your Money” and “It’s Your Estate” courses for more than a decade, empowering community members to take control of their financial futures.
Beyond his role at Eclectic, Carl serves on the trustee board of the Raymond M. Alf Museum of Paleontology, the Financial & Estate Literacy board, and as Treasurer of the Standing Stone Ministry board. An Eagle Scout, he was also involved as an Assistant Scoutmaster with a local Boy Scout troop for many years.
Outside of work, Carl is an avid reader with a personal library of more than 10,000 books. He and his family have also explored more than 80 national parks and monuments together, creating lasting memories while deepening their love for the outdoors.
